Can I still send surveys with a free plan?
Yes, but keep in mind a free plan has a limited set of features. When your account downgrades to a free plan, some paid features in live surveys continue to work, but with restrictions. When you create new surveys, you can only send them with features available in a free plan.
How can I See which surveys have responses over my plan’s limit?
You can go to My Surveys to see which surveys have responses over your plan’s limit. Paid plans get you access to more powerful features, like using survey logic in your design, exporting your results, or creating custom reports. Our current plans are Standard, Advantage, and Premier.
How can I remove the SurveyMonkey branding from my survey?
You’ll have more brand control—you can remove SurveyMonkey branding from the footer of your survey, use research.net in your survey URL instead of surveymonkey.com, and get extra fancy with advanced branching logic or advanced piping. This plan also gives you access to one-on-one phone support.
