Warum kann Serbien nicht in die EU?

Die Europäische Union gab bekannt, dass sie die volle Kooperation Serbiens mit dem Internationalen Strafgerichtshof für das ehemalige Jugoslawien (ICTY) in Den Haag fordere. Zudem verlangte die EU die Lösung der ethnischen Probleme im Kosovo, die Bekämpfung der Armut und der Korruption im Süden des Landes.
